A Healthy Dole Whip Recipe!

If you have ever been to Disneyland then you know about the infamous Dole Whip. It’s the fluffy yellow swirl that can be seen all over the park that is neither an ice cream or frozen yogurt. It is entirely in its own category (because it's magical). It is no wonder that the Dole Whip is Disneyland's most well known and treasured iconic Disney treat. On average 1.3 million dole whips are purchased per year at Disney parks and resorts. So if you have never tried one because you have either never been to Disneyland or are just plain crazy, here is a recipe you can make on your own!

What you will need:
- Canned coconut milk
- One ripe pineapple (chopped into big chunks and frozen) and its juice
- Blender

Let’s make magic!

Core and chop up your pineapple into chunks. Then blend all the ingredients until you get a creamy consistency.

Now enjoy your yellow magical fluff!
