Returns and Exchanges

 

We're so sorry your purchase didn't work out for you! For a seamless process, please make sure your purchase qualifies for a return. Items that do not qualify will be returned to sender.

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of your received shipment on any product that:

  • is unworn in new, re-saleable condition
  • with original tags and hygienic liner attached
  • except FINAL SALE items (*see below)
Exchanges

Size swaps are FREE for the first exchange! If you wish to exchange AND refund multiple items, please email us here.

If you are only exchanging, please fill out this form. Our stylist team would be more than happy to help choose another style or size that might suit you better.

Refunds

If you wish to exchange AND refund multiple items, please email us here. 

If you are only returning for refund, please fill out this form. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Returning more than 4 items will incur a restock fee per item and will be deducted from your refund.

International

Unfortunately we cannot send labels for international returns, but please email us for instructions to send back your purchase.

    We cannot be held responsible for items sent back without an RMA (and customers will be charged a 40% restocking fee). Return labels must be used within 5 days of receipt.
