We're so sorry your purchase didn't work out for you! For a seamless process, please make sure your purchase qualifies for a return. Items that do not qualify will be returned to sender.
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of your received shipment on any product that:
- is unworn in new, re-saleable condition
- has original tags and hygienic liner attached (except kids)
except FINAL SALE items (*see below).
If you received a 'free gift' with your purchase, you must return the 'free gift' with your purchase or will be charged the retail value of the 'free gift.' The 'free gift' cannot be returned on its own, but must be sent back with purchased items.

Returning more than 4 items will incur a restock fee (per item) and will be deducted from your refund. Returns for refund are subject to shipping and handling fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot send labels for international returns but please email us for instructions to send back your purchase.

The following items are final sale:
- Items ending in $0.99
- Items discounted 40% or more
- Items purchased during a BOGO sale
- Books, sunglasses, hats, earrings, and body scrub.
- Gift cards
- Sample Sale items
- Items marked "FINAL SALE"
We cannot be held responsible for items sent back without an RMA using the label provided (and customers will be charged a 40% restocking fee). Return labels must be used within 5 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable (including shipping protection).
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Exchange shipping is free (first exchange only) for size exchange (not style) within the USA.
